No. Hosting is a monthly service with no setup fee for sites we build or sites we migrate. If you need us to migrate an existing site from another host, we scope that work separately as a one-time project depending on the size and complexity of the site.

What kind of uptime should I expect?

Cloudflare Pages targets 99.99% uptime, which works out to less than one hour of downtime per year in aggregate. Because static sites are served from the CDN edge, most outages at origin never affect visitors. We send a monthly uptime report so you can see the actual numbers for your site.

Can you host a site you did not build?

Yes, if it is a static site or can be deployed from a Git repository. If your current site is on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or a custom CMS, we can migrate it to a static or hybrid setup as a one-time project, then take over ongoing hosting and maintenance.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No. Hosting is month-to-month with no long-term contract. If you decide to move elsewhere, we help you export the site and hand over DNS. We earn your business every month.
