I am Alex Crisan. I founded Blank Box Digital Marketing, a digital marketing agency in Austin, Texas that handles SEO, websites, Google Ads, AI optimization, content, creative, and social media in house. We work with businesses in Austin and across the United States. I write the posts on this blog.
What I Do
I started Blank Box Digital Marketing to give businesses one team that covers the whole picture instead of a website vendor who does not talk to the SEO vendor who does not talk to whoever runs the ads. Everything is handled in house, so the site, the search work, the ad spend, and the content all point at the same goal.
Search is the largest piece of what we do. That means technical SEO, local SEO, on-page optimization, link building, and keyword research, plus the newer work of getting a business mentioned and cited in AI assistants like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot. The rest is websites and paid media. We build clean, fast, mobile-friendly sites from scratch with search foundations in place from day one, and we set up and manage Google Search and Display campaigns with full tracking so the budget is spent on purpose rather than on autopilot. How We Work
Every project starts with a free audit of your current online presence. We look at what is working, what is not, and where the biggest opportunities are. From there we build a strategy based on real data, execute across channels, and track performance through analytics so we know what is actually moving.
Everything is month to month. No annual commitments, no six month minimums, no setup fees, and no cancellation fees. If the work is good you will want to stay, and if it is not you should be free to leave. You get a dedicated point of contact, regular reporting, and a clear view of where the budget goes.
We explain things in plain English and only recommend what you actually need. If a service will not help you, we will say so.
